27/05: Kaiserslautern vs Hoffenheim

Third tip of the day: Kaiserslautern and Hoffenheim will meet for the second time in this promotion/relegation battle. First leg was won by Hoffenheim with 3-1 in an enjoyable open game.

Hoffenheim's defence is bad, really bad. They had the most goals allowed of all the bundesliga teams this year. So they can't rely on a defensive approach today. Almost every game they played recently went over.

It's rather obvious what Kaiserslautern will do tonight: attack. They must score goals to make up for that 3-1 loss last week. This means that Hoffenheim will probably get space to score a comforting away goal. Also, we see that Kaiserslautern concedes easily, they conceded  a goal in each of their 5 last games and even in 8 of their last 10 games.

Conclusion: I expect an open game, just like last week. But I prefer to go safe with both team to score, instead of over 2.5. Kaiserslautern must attack, and will score, but I expect Hoffenheim to bag one to.

Pick: Kaiserslauteren - Hoffenheim Both To Score @ 1.62
